# Understand plans and feature access

> See how site allowance, Search Console reporting, workspace previews, GA4, exports, and MCP access fit together.

This guide documents current CrawlRaven v2 behavior. UI labels are written exactly where relevant. Bounded Search Console rows are evidence, not guaranteed exhaustive totals.

## What free access includes

- One permanent site activation.
- Search performance with Clicks, Impressions, CTR, Position, charting, date ranges, and filters.
- Query and Page explorers with row details and Search Console evidence.
- Partial, read-only Opportunities and Target Keywords previews.
- A bounded MCP preview when it is enabled for the account.

A lock marker on a site card describes free reporting and partial workspace previews; it does not mean Search Console performance is unavailable.

## What full workspace access unlocks

- The complete Opportunities and Target Keywords workspaces.
- Opportunity refresh, pin, resolve, ignore, reopen, and bulk actions.
- Target adoption, editing, ignore/retarget actions, and keyword import.
- Annotations and actions tied to performance timelines.
- Bounded CSV exports from reporting and workspace views.
- Live GA4 reporting when a property is linked.
- Eligible full MCP access for approved read-only AI clients.

> **Access is assigned automatically:** Paid features are applied to activated sites up to the allowance shown in Billing. You do not need to move a separate feature slot from one site to another.

## Understand site allowance

Billing shows the current allowance and whether it comes from a lifetime deal, subscription, or both. The Search Console sites page shows activated sites against the same limit.

> **Upgrading adds capacity; pausing does not:** Every activation is permanent for the account. If you need another domain after using every choice, increase the site limit from Billing rather than pausing an existing site.

## Manage a plan and invoices

1. **Open Billing** — Use the account menu or open [Billing](https://app.crawlraven.com/billing).
2. **Review Current plan** — Check the included site count and which purchase source contributes to it.
3. **Choose a plan** — Available lifetime and subscription cards show their current status and upgrade action.
4. **Use the billing portal** — When enabled, Open Creem billing portal manages Creem billing details and invoices.
5. **Review historical records** — Legacy subscriptions and invoices remain listed separately when they exist.

Plan availability and prices can change, so use the current Billing page as the source of truth rather than an old screenshot or exported quote.
