# Technical SEO status

> Know what the Technical SEO tab does today and avoid mistaking planned crawling features for shipped CrawlRaven v2 behavior.

This guide documents current CrawlRaven v2 behavior. UI labels are written exactly where relevant. Bounded Search Console rows are evidence, not guaranteed exhaustive totals.

## Current status

> **Technical crawling is not shipped:** The `Technical SEO` tab is a coming-soon placeholder. It does not crawl the site, score technical health, detect broken links, follow redirect chains, or audit metadata.

The placeholder is visible to free and paid sites and does not represent an active plan entitlement. No scan starts when you open it, and there are no technical-audit results to refresh or export.

## What you can do today

CrawlRaven v2 remains a Search Console analytics and workflow product. Use the Pages explorer to identify URLs with search movement. Open a page row for its Search Console evidence, then choose `Inspect in GSC` to hand that URL to Google Search Console’s inspection screen.

> **URL inspection is an external handoff:** CrawlRaven opens Google’s inspection view; it does not run or store a CrawlRaven technical audit. Google access and the selected property still determine whether the URL can be inspected.

For shipped analysis, continue with [Explore Queries and Pages](/docs/queries-and-pages) or [Work with Opportunities](/docs/opportunities).
