  • Start an audit from the Technical SEO workspace after confirming that your site allows the crawler access.
  • Filter issues by severity and category, inspect affected pages and links, and read guidance explaining the issue.
  • Use Search Console traffic to help prioritize affected pages, and download findings as CSV for your own workflow.
  • Schedule weekly audits and compare completed runs to see new, fixed, and unchanged findings.

Try Pro features on 1 website without a credit card or an automatic charge, then choose the plan that fits.

  • Activate a site before starting the trial. If your reports are still importing, Billing explains that starting now begins the trial period.
  • Trial offers appear inside eligible monthly plan cards and at locked features. Start a trial and continue into an unlocked workspace.
  • The workspace shows your trial end date and a link to choose a plan. Purchasing during a trial starts paid billing immediately.
  • Compare monthly and fixed-site lifetime plans in separate Billing tabs. Existing paid and lifetime access is preserved.
  • Getting started now requires just your role and goal. You can optionally tell us how you found CrawlRaven later in Account settings.

Paid MCP connections can now help maintain your planning workspace and inspect more of the evidence behind it.

  • Approve separate write permissions to update opportunity status and manage target keywords through your AI client.
  • Enable the separate permission to manage manual notes directly, including creating, updating, archiving, and restoring your notes. System and imported events stay protected.
  • The existing propose-and-approve workflow remains available for connections using the approval-based note permission.
  • Read Technical SEO audit results and inspect how target keywords align with the pages receiving search traffic.
  • Review each connection's permissions in CrawlRaven and revoke access when you no longer need it.

Bring Search Console Generative AI exports into your workspace

Paid workspaces can import a supported Search Console export to explore its Generative AI page and chart data in CrawlRaven and through MCP.

  • Upload a supported ZIP or CSV export, confirm its property and source, and preview the data before saving it.
  • Review imported page impressions and the daily impressions trend, with the export's date coverage kept visible.
  • This is imported Search Console evidence, not a live Generative AI API connection or a claim about visibility across every AI assistant.

MCP + Google Analytics

Ask AI clients about linked GA4 outcomes

Paid MCP connections can now read bounded reports from the Google Analytics property already linked to a CrawlRaven website.

  • A separate View analytics permission adds get_analytics_summary and get_analytics_breakdown; existing connections must reconnect and explicitly approve it.
  • Compare active users, sessions, key events, and event count over rolling or exact complete-day windows, including the preceding period.
  • Break down up to 100 top rows by content group, landing page, source/medium, country, or device, with bounded filters and an explicit truncation flag.
  • The tools are read-only and paid-only. They use the already linked property, identify GA4 as the provider, persist no report rows, and cannot manage connections or expose Google credentials.

MCP + annotations

Let an AI client propose a note—then approve it yourself

A separate paid permission adds human-approved create, update, archive, and restore operations for manual timeline notes.

  • Planning a change does nothing by itself. The same user who authorized the connection must review and approve the exact proposal in CrawlRaven within 15 minutes.
  • Updates, archives, and restores are version-checked so stale plans conflict instead of overwriting newer work; create retries are idempotent within the documented retention window.
  • Clients can check plan status and list archived manual notes. Google updates, opportunity events, and imports remain immutable.
  • MCP never permanently deletes notes. The first-party app now archives notes for reversible cleanup, and permanent deletion remains separately confirmed, version-checked, and available only for an already archived note.

Ask AI clients about exact Search Console periods and pages

Paid MCP connections can now use custom Search Console dates and inspect the queries attributed to one exact page.

  • Choose a rolling window from 1 to 365 days or an exact inclusive start and end date spanning at most 365 days for overview, performance, Query, and Page reports.
  • Use the existing list_queries tool with an exact page URL, optionally combined with query-text search, to ground page refresh ideas in page-attributed Search Console evidence.
  • Custom dates and exact page filtering are paid-only. The free preview remains fixed to 28 days, and bounded Search Console rows are not guaranteed exhaustive exports.
  • Cursor can now complete MCP browser sign-in through its exact application-owned OAuth callback while other private callback schemes remain blocked.

CrawlRaven can now compare Search Console opportunities with GA4 landing-page outcomes, while keeping page-level analytics separate from query-level attribution.

  • Refresh Opportunities to match Search Console pages with GA4 organic landing pages by exact hostname and path.
  • See organic sessions, key events, the session key-event rate, sample confidence, and reporting period inside the evidence drawer.
  • Compare outcome-adjusted Priority with the original SEO impact. Adjustments are capped, and insufficient samples never receive a boost.
  • GA4 failures do not block Search Console refreshes, and pages without a trustworthy match keep their original SEO impact.

The GA4 workspace now reads current aggregate reports directly from Google and keeps Analytics authorization independent from Search Console.

  • Review active users, sessions, key events, and event count across rolling, calendar, and custom date ranges.
  • Break reports down by landing page, source and medium, country, device, or content group with shared filters.
  • Switch or reconnect the Google account used for Analytics without replacing the credential used for Search Console.
  • Identical requests are cached and coalesced to reduce latency and quota pressure; report rows are not stored in CrawlRaven's database.

The performance timeline now preserves the context behind a movement as you change dates, filters, and report views.

CrawlRaven now runs a remote MCP server, so an AI client can work from your Search Console history, opportunities, and target keywords instead of a pasted export. It is included with every paid plan.

  • Add https://mcp.crawlraven.com/mcp in any client that supports remote MCP over OAuth, including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, and Cursor.
  • Sign in through the browser. There is no token to generate, paste, or rotate.
  • At launch, eight tools covered websites, search performance, queries, pages, opportunities, target keywords, and the website timeline.
  • Launch consent was per user and per account: you chose which account a client could see, and the original tools only fetched data.
  • Review connected clients on the MCP connections page and revoke any of them in one click.
