Reporting windows
Look back from one day to 16 months
Choose the time frame that matches the question, from a recent movement to a long-term search trend.
- Reports now open on the last 90 days by default, giving short-term changes enough context.
- Quickly switch to the latest day or rolling 7, 14, and 28-day windows.
- Review calendar periods such as last week, this month, last quarter, or year to date.
- Explore 6, 8, 12, or 16 months of history, or choose an exact custom range.

Report filters
Follow one question across every report
Performance, Queries, and Pages now share the same filters, so an investigation can move between views without losing its focus.
- Filter searches by contains, exactly matches, or does not contain.
- Narrow results to a page or group of pages using the same match controls.
- Focus the report on a country or device alongside query and page filters.
- Filters stay applied while moving between Performance, Queries, and Pages, with clear chips for removing them.

Image sharing
Share the insight, not private data
Turn a chart into a polished image for a client update, team discussion, or report without exposing sensitive details.
- Preview the exact chart image before copying or downloading it.
- Private mode hides site, query, and page names from the exported image.
- Percentages-only mode keeps rates and changes while obscuring absolute totals.
- Copy the image directly or download a ready-to-share PNG with optional CrawlRaven credit.

Privacy mode
Keep the dashboard, Queries, and Pages private
Keep performance metrics useful during a screen share or recording without revealing the searches, URLs, and account details behind them.
- Blur query names, page paths, site identity, and account details across the workspace.
- Keep clicks, impressions, CTR, position, trends, and report controls readable.
- Use the same privacy setting across both the Queries and Pages reports.
- Toggle privacy mode from the header before sharing your screen or capturing an image.

Target Keywords
Move from discovery to a focused keyword plan
The Target Keywords workspace now combines your saved plan with current Search Console evidence and a deeper stream of queries worth considering.
- See clicks, impressions, position, and observed landing pages beside every saved target.
- Use Include and Exclude terms to narrow discovered queries to the part of the market you care about.
- Load additional discoveries without losing earlier selections, then adopt or ignore up to 200 in one action.
- Keep editing the saved plan even when fresh evidence is temporarily unavailable.

Opportunities
Find the next action, not another chart
Opportunities now refresh from your current Search Console data and explain why each item deserves attention.
- Prioritize striking-distance rankings, query conflicts, CTR gaps, and content decay by expected impact.
- Open the evidence behind an opportunity before deciding what to change.
- Jump into a focused performance view with the relevant query or page already applied.
- Existing findings remain available if a refresh is interrupted, with a clear path to retry or reconnect.
