CrawlRaven's white label SEO audit tool lets agencies run professional, branded SEO audits under their own domain with custom logos, colors, and client-facing report links, included in the $119 one-time lifetime license covering 10 websites. It replaces the need for multiple tools by combining full-site crawling, the CrawlRaven 200-Point Audit, and automated PDF/web reports into one white-label platform.

What is a white label SEO audit tool?

A white label SEO audit tool is software that crawls and analyzes a website's SEO, then delivers the findings in reports carrying your agency's branding (your logo, colors, and domain) instead of the software vendor's. Agencies use white label audit tools to sell professional SEO audits under their own name without building crawl infrastructure, reporting templates, or scoring systems in-house.

The agency workflow: Audit → Brand → Send

From client URL to branded deliverable in one sitting; here's the whole loop.

01

Audit

Point CrawlRaven at the client's domain. The full-site crawl runs the 200-point technical audit (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, and security) and scores every issue by priority.

02

Brand

Set up once: upload your agency logo, pick your brand colors, and connect your reporting subdomain via CNAME. Every report after that is automatically yours, with no per-report design work.

03

Send

Export a branded PDF or share a client-facing web link (password-protected if needed) with a custom cover page carrying the client's name. Clients see your agency, not CrawlRaven.

04

Repeat monthly

Re-run the audit each month and send the updated report as your retainer deliverable. See a finished example on the sample report page before you commit.

The honest read

CrawlRaven wins on price and audit depth: a $119 one-time license versus $468/year (SEOptimer), $2,066/year (SE Ranking Core + Agency Pack), or $5,388/year (Sitechecker Premium), and it's the only one running a 200-point full-site technical audit. But the competitors win elsewhere: SE Ranking white-labels a full platform with rank tracking, client seats, and automated report scheduling; SEOptimer's embeddable audit form is a proven lead-capture tool CrawlRaven doesn't have; Sitechecker brands its entire app UI down to notification emails, with 24/7 monitoring. If you need a white-labeled all-in-one suite, pay for one. If you need branded, deep SEO audits at the lowest possible cost, CrawlRaven is the shortest path; see full pricing details.

What white-label reporting is really solving

Agencies do not buy branded reports because clients care about logos. They buy them because reporting is the part of the engagement that scales worst, and it is the part clients judge them on.

Reporting time grows with clients, results do not

The work of pulling data, formatting it, and writing commentary repeats per client per month. At ten clients it is a meaningful share of a retainer, and it is time that produces no ranking improvement.

  • Assembly is the expensive part. Exporting from several tools and reconciling them by hand costs more than the analysis it supports.
  • Manual assembly introduces errors. A number copied from the wrong month is the kind of mistake that costs credibility disproportionately.
  • It is the first thing to slip. When delivery gets busy, reports get late, and late reports are what makes a client wonder what they are paying for.

A report is a retention document, not a data dump

The client is not reading it to learn SEO. They are deciding whether to keep paying you. A report full of metrics with no narrative makes that decision harder, not easier.

  • Lead with what changed and why. The first thing on the page should be the story, not a table.
  • Connect technical work to business language. Fixed crawl errors means little; pages that can now be found in search means something.
  • Always include what happens next. A report that ends with findings ends the conversation. One that ends with a plan renews it.
  • Be honest about flat months. Explaining a disappointing month directly survives far better than a report that quietly changes which metric it leads with.

The detail agencies most often get wrong

Branding has to cover the whole artifact, not just the cover page. A client-facing PDF with your logo on the front and another vendor's name in a footer, a chart label, or a shared link is worse than no branding at all, because it tells the client exactly what to search for.

Building a reporting process that survives growth

The goal is that adding a client adds delivery work, not reporting work.

  1. 01

Standardise one report structure across all clients

Bespoke formats per client feel attentive and become unmaintainable. One structure means faster production and easier comparison month to month.

  2. 02

Connect the data sources once per client

Connect Search Console and the site crawl at onboarding rather than at reporting time. The recurring cost should be commentary, not collection.

  3. 03

Set expectations about timelines at the start

Agree in month one what improvement looks like and roughly when. Most difficult reporting conversations are really expectation conversations that never happened.

  4. 04

    Write the summary yourself

Automate the assembly, not the judgement. The commentary is the part the client is paying for and the part that cannot be templated.

  5. 05

    Keep an internal version

The full issue list is a working document for your team. The client report is the subset that affects their decisions.

  6. 06

Schedule delivery on a fixed date

A predictable report on the same day each month does more for renewal than a more detailed one that arrives whenever there is time.
