Terms of Service

1. Your account

You may sign in with Google or with email and password. You must be authorized to connect every Search Console and Analytics property you link. You are responsible for activity under your account, including clients you authorize. You must be at least 16 years old to use CrawlRaven.

2. The service

CrawlRaven reads data from the Google services you connect and presents dashboards, trends, and recommendations computed from it. The service is read-only toward your Google account: we never change your Search Console or Analytics configuration. Insights and recommendations are informational; decisions you take based on them are your own.

An eligible account may authorize an MCP client to read the CrawlRaven and Google reporting data covered by the scopes approved during browser consent. A paid account may separately authorize a client to propose create, update, archive, or restore operations for manual CrawlRaven annotations. Each proposal changes nothing until the same authorizing user reviews and approves its exact values in CrawlRaven. This permission does not let the client change Google services, sites, targets, opportunities, derived events, billing, or administration, and MCP cannot permanently delete annotations. You are responsible for reviewing proposals before approval and may revoke a client at any time.

3. Plans and payment

Free accounts can permanently activate one website. Paid plans (one-time lifetime deals or recurring subscriptions) increase that permanent website allowance. New purchases are processed by Creem; historical Dodo Payments invoices remain available from Billing. Lifetime deals apply for the life of the product. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep access through the end of the paid period. Activated website choices cannot be reassigned to different websites. Refunds are available within 14 days of a first purchase; contact support.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access without our agreement, or use CrawlRaven to violate Google’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your data

Your connected data remains yours. Our collection and handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google access or request full deletion at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes without notice. Data freshness depends on Google’s APIs, which we do not control.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrawlRaven’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused subscription period unless the violation was willful.
