Two things about Rapid SEO Tool are not obvious from its name. It is not free, and it is not a website. It is a $99.95 Windows application, and the version on sale today is the one that shipped in December 2022.

None of that makes it a scam. Blumentals Solutions is a real Latvian software house that has been selling code editors since the early 2000s, and the tool does what it claims. The question this review answers is narrower: in August 2026, what does $99.95 actually buy you?

This is the section that should decide the purchase for most readers. Every ceiling is documented in the vendor's own help files, and every one is low.

Stated plainly: one analysis covers one page, a maximum of four keywords and a maximum of two competitor URLs, and there are zero integrations or API endpoints. A 500-page site is 500 separate runs, each one driven by hand.

There is also no numeric score anywhere in the output, which is unusual in 2026. Reports export as a main HTML file plus a folder of supporting files, with no PDF or CSV documented. If your workflow depends on dropping a score into a client update, this tool will not produce one.

The elephant: a build that shipped in 2022

The download page offers version 2.12. Softpedia, which tracks release dates independently, records that version as dated 12 December 2022. In August 2026 that is roughly three years and eight months since the last release.

For some software a long gap between releases signals maturity. For a tool whose entire job is analysing pages against Google, it signals something else. Consider what has changed in search since December 2022 and is not reflected in a build from that date.

• AI Overviews and AI-driven results now occupy a large share of the result pages this tool tries to measure positions in.

The position monitoring feature deserves its own warning, because the architecture has a consequence the marketing does not mention. There is no cloud backend. Very little, and that absence is the finding. As of August 2026 I could not locate a listing for Rapid SEO Tool on G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Product Hunt or AlternativeTo. Its entire public review record sits on two software download directories:

• Softpedia: 3.5 out of 5 from 13 votes, 1,791 downloads recorded, listing version 2.12 dated 12 December 2022.
